YogaBugs Mental Health and Well-being Improvement Project
We are in the middle of a mental health crisis amongst young people and at YogaBugs, we are campaigning to make a change.
We are on a mission to support children and staff in primary schools as the Government is not doing enough... there is not enough funding or training for staff to support themselves or the children.
So YogaBugs are stepping in and are donating £8MILLION worth of their Virtual yoga and mindfulness programme to over 4,000 schools across every LEA in England.

YogaBugs Virtual was developed to support children and staff with their mental health and well-being through a whole school approach programme. Full of yoga, mindfulness, breathing and relaxation, classes are fun, engaging, and interactive, linking to key text & the curriculum to support children’s learning.
The YogaBugs digital platform includes over 100 age-appropriate yoga videos for nursery – year 6, mini classroom yoga sessions and mindfulness activities.
For staff the platform includes CPD training on mindfulness and mental health, as well as adult yoga and relaxation sessions – all to support the DfE’s Education Staff wellbeing charter.
Investing into children’s mental health and well-being.
This year YogaBugs are investing £8 million of their online yoga and mindfulness programme to primary schools, giving the platform to over 4,000 schools across the country, supporting over 1 million children and over 100,000 staff with their mental health and well-being.
